Confiserie Reichert in Berlin

Great cake 🍰 can only be recommended. We'll be back and would recommend everyone to stop by.

It goes like this, is highly praised, but there are far better cakes in Berlin and also in Steglitz

Basic.

You can always taste high quality confectionery here. The clientele and the design of the café are more for the 60+ generation, which I don't find bad. Have always been understanding and loving when babies were there (and awake).

I can't imagine the week without Reichert. We usually shop there twice a week, and have been for more than two years. I bake a lot and very well myself, but Reichert just has to be. Now I can hardly eat baked goods anywhere else. I can recommend so much! I limit myself to the absolute top delicacies. Starting with the bread: grain to grain (all time favorite) and French country bread. Buns: Italian buns, French double buns, active buns Cake: Sylter Schnitte (!) And orange-chocolate cake. Particles: Fiodora, pig's ears and laugeneck Cake: White lady, raspberry cake and the fantastically tender cheese cake. Pralines: Nougatbusserl Christmas: honey cake heart (!), Dominoes of all kinds, marzipan bread pistachio or orange The staff is always great and recommends what's new, especially at the counter. I feel really good here. PS: Yes, a night locked in with Reichert would be a dream.

Large selection of very tasty cakes. Very well-groomed staff and good advice. Here the customer feels like a king.

A beautiful coffee with a large selection of cakes.

Friendly staff. Good upscale breakfast, good rich selection of cakes and pastries. Lots of seating. Of course you have to be aware that this is not a cheap bakery.

Classics, always popular, older guests, great cakes and tarts, prices unfortunately too high for coffee etc. Still worth a visit

Simply great, gladly again at any time Mega delicious breakfast, super friendly service and, above all, homemade baked goods and confectionery products, including homemade jam ... simply great. When we are in Berlin, we have breakfast here. Thanks that you exist.

The service is very attentive and friendly, only the customer has to take care of his bag. There are occasional pickpockets there.

All around favorite cake manufacturer in Berlin. Traditional but flexible with cakes on demand. Great wedding cakes.

Delicious coffee, nice service. Unfortunately, I had only just eaten lunch, so I couldn't try the delicious cake offer. I will do next time.

The people there used to be very friendly and everything tasted very good. Today the sellers are very unfriendly and unfortunately it no longer tastes good. But it has become more expensive. I will definitely not buy anything more here.

Oh, how nice that Reichert exists! The best cakes (you should definitely try the White Lady!), The delicious Korn an Korn bread, the Wurzelbrötchen ... a visit to Reichert is always a treat!

Was with a friend for the second time for breakfast, it was again very tasty and great. Also the waitress, a young man was very nice and polite. We will definitely be back.

Some weeks ago my spectacular significant other and I had a rather lovely Tee und Kaffee Datum at the Reichart. I tried the Mohnkuchen for the first time and quite enjoyed the sweet but not overwhelming taste of the sesame seed filling. From a pricing standpoint the large coffee is very reasonable (2,85€), and the staff members were pleasant and cheerful. 4.5 / 5 stars.

The himberitorte is perfect.

Very clean with friendly staff. Plenty of seating areas. Breakfast menu is abundant and plenty of great Pastries available. Located right on Schloss Strasse Boulevard in Berlin Steglitz. Easy access by U-Bahn and Bus. If coming by car you will have to pay parking meter. One drawback. The toilets are located in the basement which dropped the rating as there are no Elevators for the disabled.

Lovely place.

Big space with nice decoration. Amazing desserts, great choice of cakes and chocolate candies. Professional service, comfortable armchairs, breakfasts. The clients are mainly elderly people though, if this is considered a disadvantage to some.

What a sweet spot for any cake and coffee lovers with LOTS of time! Do not expect quick service here, the poor ladies who serve you are running around like headless chicken fighting for their life. We must admit the cakes, coffee and other lunch dishes like my favourite Königsberger klopse are yummy, but you better order the bill when starting to eat. Unfortunately the owner must run a tight budget, and so I left a good tip anyhow. Try one of the beautiful cake slices or two at home on you balcony with your choice of hot drink. Delightful!

Confiserie reichert is a nice cafe restaurant style venue with very extensive menu and seating place. Inside and outside seating available. You can also book entertainment on your special days. I can say a nice place where you can stay very satisfied. Very successful in service. It is very rich in terms of product. His coffee was also delicious.

The bakery is hard to miss. You can sit outside in good weather. The staff is very sympathetic and nice. However, when I went in and walked through the café, it turned out that the public is much older. The selection of products is very diverse and looked very good. From pastries to chocolates. You can also buy chocolate to go. The prices are OK.

My dad’s friend took us (my dad and I) there for breakfast. I am someone who doesn’t go to a Café for breakfast in Berlin because they are either too expensive for the amount of food in my opinion or only have very boring and cold food. Reichert was not like this. We had warm bread and eggs. It was very pleasant. I took a friend there later to revisit it.

I went there twice during the time I was in Berlin. It is a very nice cafe and good service. They have a lot of nice cakes and good coffee. I really like this place.

ZERO Service, these waiters are not bothered to even give a smile, they need to retire ASAP.

Never fail to stop at the Confiserie Reichert for cake & coffee while in Berlin. It is so covenient to Das Schloss shopping center and where we stay. Not only that, it is a first class Cafe for terrific coffee and a large variety of super delicious cream & fruit cakes. We enjoyed the atmosphere and intimacy of Confiserie Reichert. The waitress was professional and provided excellent service. There is no doubt i will return to this coffee shop on my next trip to Germany.

Good collection of fresh pastries, the biggest letdown is that they make coffees with automatic coffee machines still charging as they had professional barista coffee qualities. Last note that they have lots of seating places, it is often a hangout place for senior citizens.

All the cakes are delicious! But my favourite has to be the Mousse-Au-Chocolat with raspberries. To die for! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Especially if you order cakes for special occasions like a wedding, birthdays, anniversaries. You will not be disappointed!

Very good service and great coffee & cake!!! I can only recommend it!

Bathrooms were unacceptable and when mentioned to the staff was told "we can't do anything about it, that's the customer's fault". Cake was average at best and the Irish coffee was almost cold. It definitely didn't live up to the reputation they have.

Cakes here are really yummy

Love this place. Staff is very professional and very kind. Cakes are delicious and so is the bread. Breakfast is good too. Prices above average but worth it. (For a proper coffee I would go elsewhere though, but it is good enough to have it with your cake and/or breakfast).

Cannot understand why this place has so high rating. Of course their cake looks good, but this is the only advantage. Cakes taste is very ordinal and dry. Coffee is not good at all. Staff is slow. And breakfast... one piece of ham for the money, wich can buy the perfect rich breakfast in any other place. This "cafe" really only looks good. Does not worse the visit.

The place is extremely price. One expresso macchiato for 4,50€. I wont recomend it at all

Service friendly. Raspberry cake was not good at all. Too much gelatin and too little raspberries. Espresso comes from some cantina machine. No good either. Too bad...
